Refund
For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is faulty, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange of goods within 30 days of receipt. Refunds for return shipping are not available for this.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Shipping
We offer free shipping on all products, with an estimated delivery time of 5-9 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and delays may occur. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these delivery terms.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can easily follow your delivery in real time.

To ensure fast and safe delivery, we collaborate with leading logistics partners, including PostNord, DHL, UPS and FedEx.

Warranty conditions and right of withdrawal
The warranty only applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage that occurs due to the customer dropping or mishandling the product. It is the customer's responsibility to handle the product with care.

The right of withdrawal only applies if the packaging is unbroken and in its original condition. If the packaging has been broken or the product has been used, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. When exercising the right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product to begin the return process.

Returns (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Note: Returns sent back without prior contact with our customer service or without approval will not be processed and will automatically be sent back to the sender. To ensure smooth handling, please contact us before returning an item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using our contact form.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email using our contact form.

Shipping costs for returns
We will instruct you via email on where to send your item for return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 750 SEK, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
