Refunds

For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is defective, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Refunds for return shipping are not available.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Shipping

We offer free shipping on all products, with an estimated delivery time of 5–9 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and delays may occur. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accept these shipping terms.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.

To ensure fast and secure delivery, we work with leading logistics partners, including DHL, UPS, and FedEx.


Warranty and Right of Withdrawal

The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by the customer dropping or mishandling the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle the product with care.

The right of withdrawal applies only if the packaging is unopened and in its original condition. If the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product to begin the return process.


Returns (if applicable)

When your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Note: Returns sent back without prior contact with our customer service or without approval will not be processed and will be returned to the sender automatically. To ensure smooth handling, please contact us before returning any item.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us through our contact form.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email through our contact form.

 

Shipping Costs for Returns

We will instruct you via email on where to send your item for return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item valued at over 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
